Refund & Cancellation Policy — The Madrid Pub Crawl

All sales are final.
Because our product is a dated event-based service, once a reservation is completed, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, we offer the following exceptions:

• If the customer cannot attend due to illness or an emergency, they may request to reschedule for another date, subject to availability.

• If the event is canceled by Madrid Party Crawl (severe weather, venue issues, or operational reasons), customers will be offered either:

  • A free reschedule, or

  • A full refund.
